How do you ship your plants?

We offer delivery via our trucks within the state of Florida with a minimum order of $500. A freight charge will be applied to these orders. All orders less than $500 are subject to a drop fee of $35, to $100 depending on mileage or may be shipped via UPS Ground Overnight. Call for specific details regarding your order.
 
 

What is your UPS lead time?

Orders must be phoned in by 2pm Eastern Standard Time.
 
 

What are the UPS shipping costs?

UPS Ground overnight shipping within the state of Florida is based on UPS published rates. There is a boxing fee of $1.35 per tray packed in each box. Sorry, we no longer ship UPS C.O.D. For UPS deliveries outside of Florida, we charge UPS published freight rates, plus the boxing fees.
 
 

What days do you typically ship out plants?

We ship UPS Monday through Thursday. For Friday UPS shipping, please be advised that you will not receive your order until at least Monday, during which time the plants are in a sealed box in non-air conditioned trucks or warehouses. During the summer, orders will not be shipped on Fridays. Our trucks are available Monday through Friday, with Saturdays available with special arrangements.
 
 

Can I pick up my plants at your location?

Yes. We are open for picked up orders Monday through Friday, 8:00am through 4:30pm. Call ahead to minimize your wait time.
 
 

When can I expect to receive my plants?

If your delivery location is in the state of Florida, UPS deliveries will arrive the next day. For orders located in the Florida panhandle, it will require a two day delivery. If your order is shipping via our trucks, you will receive your delivery that week. Call for specific details regarding scheduled deliveries.
 
 

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes. We offer a small discount off the invoice of all orders picked up at our nursery, excludes sale items and Emerald Goddess (USPP15,471). Minimum order $100. Please call regarding price breaks on large quantities of plant material.
 
 

What kind of credit terms do you offer?

We offer Net 30 day terms with an approved credit application. Please allow 3 weeks for processing.
 
 

What payment methods do you take?

We accept Cash, Check, Cashier’s Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
 
 

What is your return policy?

We will accept returns depending on the circumstances. Claims must be made within 24 hrs. There will be a 25% restocking fee. Please call for further details.

Do I need a business license/tax i.d./Florida Bond License to buy from you?

Yes, for wholesale companies. You must have at least a Dealers License or a Nursery License. If applicable, a current copy of your Florida Sales Tax exemption certificate.
 
 

What are your hours of operation?

Nursery - Monday through Friday 7:30am until 4:30pm / Office- Monday through Friday 8:00am until 5:00pm
 
 

Do you sell to the public?

Yes, we sell  to the public during our normal business hours 8am-4pm Monday - Friday. We are also a wholesale commercial nursery, family owned. We sell wholesale to landscapers, garden centers and other green industry professions. Business certification will be required prior to a purchase. Currently, we welcome retail customers to come to our nursery to purchase and pick up plants. Shipping plants via UPS in Florida and USA can also be arranged for all customers. Our online store is currently a work in progress. We hope to have it running by Spring 2020.

Do you offer a program for contract growing? How much lead time is required, and is there a deposit?

If you have three to six months lead time and can put down 35%, you can save a substantial amount.
